It scored a perfect ´A´ grade and was immediately accepted to be published by Writers Workshop. The poems are philosophical insights into emotions and situations in ´anyones´ life. The themes are wide ranging and the poems have the ´stay-with-you-long-after´ quality. The clever use of imagery and alliterations by the poet make the poems very accessible to everyone. There´s power in the brevity of this collection. The poet shows promise. Her growth can be seen even while moving from the begining to the end of this humble anthology. Some of the poems in this collection have already been published in various magazines and online publications too. |
