The exaggerated acting of Amitabh is too annoying, Rani Mukherjee's performance is great. One can clearly see an act is being performed when it come to Amitabh, the way he delivers dialogues with loud wild tones. Rani's performance looks natural and tamed. The sets, the backgrounds, the costumes all were an attempt to copy/ emulate western movies, One wonders why indian directors are soreluctant to depict their own culture, most of the dialogues are in english, which sounds like a collaqual language of modern india, all other elements except dialogues are clearly an attempt to show some other country and not india.
