YOGASANAS And Their Benefits

Yoga is a powerful art form with incredible healing powers. These
powers can be harnessed by anyone with a desire for self-improvement.
There are various Yogasanas, that can be used to relieve stress and
revitalize your tired body and mind. Yogasanas help in relaxation and
toning of the muscles, improve circulation, regain the vital force or
energy, lose or gain weight, feel and look young, and improve
concentration. Some of the Yogasanas are easy to practice and yet very
powerful in relieving conditions like back-pain, allergy, headaches,
high and low blood pressure, insomnia and depression.
We are featuring in this special series, a variety of Yogasanas that
can be practiced at your convenience to refresh, revitalize, and reduce
stress.
