The above organization has been active in San Francisco Bay Area since 1986. It is aimed at bringing material, educational and physical progress to the people of the most impoverished region in India.

The organization conducts eye camps and health fairs on a regular basis and has treated a few thousand villagers. It has also helped villagers repair school buildings and built bathrooms. Plans are afoot to adopt villages and work towards total development. This would include providing hospitals, schools, libraries, training centers for farmers and small entrepreneurs.

AODB is a cosmopolitan organization with members from Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Sri Lanka, Bengal, U.P., M.P. and , of course, Bihar. People interested in helping or eager to learn about this organization contact:
