Split seconds

by: Mallik Bulusu (mbulusu@hotmail.com)

When the hour glass tumbled off my hands The sands of time rested in no while And the shards spread around instantly That was a phantasmagoric sight for a passerby The quiver like event perturbed my inner eye For I was belost in deep brood otherwise Thinking of "How to survive?" In these decaying times where promise is temporary As I was the sole cause of this episode Rays of white light put me to more embarrassment By quickly splitting and painting the rubbles of silicon With many a colours that would kindle any artist For once, I couldn't help myself New times took birth in these split seconds
