Road to Nowhere

by: ~Dmarco (DmarcoCCP@juno.com)

Road to Nowhere Traveling along this road, I don't no where I’m going, I guess that's why they call it Nowhere. I travel this road all alone, No one to talk, Not a soul in sight. I must fight the urge to give up, But I'm not a quitter, It only makes your bitter. Thinking of what could’ve been, But didn't or will never be, But should’ve. Along this road you can see the end, It is a very bright place, With many different faces. But at the beginning of the road, It is very dark, It looks like it has no ending. Just appeared out of nowhere, But this can't be, You see everyone travels this road. The road to nowhere, Not just me or you, But a group of travelers. Many will take the smooth road, Others will take the bumpy road, They're both the same. On your journey to the end you will have traveled both, I know you're wondering how can this be, But look at where you're at now. Is it bumpy, is it smooth, It never ends or begins just forever going, But If you want to run or walk the whole way is up to you. Nothing is for free except, An all expense paid trip on the Road to Nowhere.
