A Lost Love

by: Shruti Singh (shruti@atom.ecn.purdue.edu)

What happens to a lost love? Does it wither like an un-nurtured rose bud? Or does it pant to breathe like a wounded bird? Does it fight to find its way again like a lost ship in a storm? Or surrender to death like a captured soldier? Maybe it tries to live on in the heart, its home like the clouds in the sky. Or does it die?
