Chicken Bhajiya (pakora)

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Fillets   -   8 oz
  • Onion   -   1 medium
  • Ginger (choped very small)   -   1 piece small
  • Garlic (choped very small)   -   3cloves
  • Green chillies(choped verysmall)   -   2
  • Salt   -   Acording to taste
  • Turmeric   -   1 teaspoon
  • Besan(gram flour,chana flour)   -   1n half tablespoon
  • Water   -   1 cup(put more if needed to makeanyother bhajiya\\\'s dough
  • Oil   -   1n half tablespoon
  • Fresh Coriyander   -   2 tablespoons
  • Some more oil for deep frying   -  
  • Method:

    First mix Chicken,Ginger,Garlic,Onion,Chillies,n Fresh coriyander...Then put them in mixer and make a mince(khima). Take it out from mixer n put in deep bowl.Add besan(gram flour),oil,salt,Water and turmeric.Mix well.(Here u can add more water if u need it). Now u can put by hand or spoon take a little(or size of pakora u like)dough n deep fry it till golden brown. Serve as side dish or its delicilous with cold drinks or with beer. N.B.If u like u can put spring onion and yougart also.
