wheat flour - 1 cupbeasan flour - 3 cupsgreen leaves - handfulonions - 2noscoriender leaves &curry leaves - 1 tbsgreen chillies - 4 to 5 nosturmaric powder - 1 tspoil for frying - salt to taste - tomato - 1nosoption egg - 1nos

Method:
mix all above ingridients to make dosa batter. It should be nor thick nor thin it should be pouring consisting.Heat non stick tava pour one cup batter spread oil let it fry for mints in simmer. When it will turn to brown it is cooked. Serve with ketchep.
