Strawberry Bread

A quick bread to make! Serve it plain for breakfast or sliced and spread with cream cheese, as a finger sandwich with tea or coffee.

Ingredients:

  • Flour   -   3 cups
  • Baking Soda   -   1 teaspoon
  • Salt   -   1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon   -   2 Tablespoons
  • Sugar   -   1 1/2 cups
  • Oil   -   1 1/4 cups
  • Strawberries (fresh or frozen)   -   2 cups, smashed
  • Eggs   -   3 large
  • Method:

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Mix all ingredients together, stirring for approximately 40 strokes. Place in 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake 60 - 70 minutes
