Cranberry Chutney

Ingredients:

  • Cranberries   -   1/2 cup
  • Coconut   -   2 tbs.
  • Roasted Channa Dal   -   1tbs.
  • Green chilies (or more, for real hot)   -   3
  • Small piece of ginger root   -   1
  • Corriander leaves   -   2 bunhes
  • Salt   -   According to taste

Method:

Grind all the ingredients to a thick paste by adding water as needed. You can use this as a vegetable dip or use it as a chutney with rice, dosa or idli.
