Sweet Tomato Chutney.

Hi,I am Jharna again to share you a recipe.Its a sweet tomato chutney which all of you liked very much.

Ingredients:

  • Red tomato   -   500gm
  • mustard seed   -   2tsp
  • bay leaf   -   2no.s
  • salt   -   as taste
  • dates chop   -   1/4th cup
  • raisin   -   1/4thcup
  • sugar   -   200gm
  • termaric pw   -   2tsp
  • oil   -   2tsp

Method:

Heat a pan.Add oil .After temparing add mustard seed.When it crackles,add bay-leaf.Now add chop tomato,salt and termaric pw.Cover them for 10 minutes untill its turns soft.Then add dates and raisin into it and lastly add sugar and mix all.When it turns thick then remove it from pan and serve hot or cold.
