Exotic pudding

Ingredients:

  • milk   -   1 litre
  • custard powder(vanilla)   -   3-4 tsps
  • britannia chocolate cake   -   1 packet
  • marie biscuits   -   10
  • sugar   -   as required
  • dairy milk chocolate   -   half of a bar
  • Method:

    Prepare the custard by boiling the milk with sugar and adding the custard powder mixed in cold milk.Remove from flame and allow to set.Take a serving dish and spread a layer of cake slices. pour a part of the custard over it.Cover this with another layer of cake slices.Pour half of the remaining custard .Now cover this with biscuit crumbs.Pour the remaining custard over it. Decorate with grated chocolate and biscuit crumbs. Chill in refrigerator and serve.
