Ingredients:

  • BREAD   -   1/2 LOAF
  • MILK   -   1/2 lts
  • KHOVA   -   50g
  • SUGAR   -   25g
  • EILICHI   -   A PINCH
  • CASHEWNUT   -   TO GARNISH
  • OIL   -   TO DEEP FRY
  • Method:

    THE BREAD IS CUT INTO DESIRED SHAPE AND DEEP FRIED THIS IS KEPT ASIDE. BOIL THE MILK AND COOL ADD THE KHOVA ,SUGAR ,EILICHI AND COOK IT . PLACE THE FRIED BREAD SLICES AND POUR THE MILK MIXTURE AND GARNISH IT WITH FRIED CASHEWNUT.
