Ingredients:
- white rossogolla tin - 1 tin
- vanilla ice cream - 500 gms
- milk chocolate - 1 full chocolate
- cherries or strawberries - 8 -10 piece
Method:
Take out rosgollas from tin put it in water and squeeze the water,by pressing lightly.
take the icecream in a bowl,and make a cream out of it,by mixing with spoon or by using egg beater,then put 2 pieces of rosgolla in a small icecream cups,put the icecream on it,so that it is covered fully,then sprinkle it with grated chocolate,and decorate with straberries or cherries,and refigerate till it gets frozen.
same can be done for each serving.
