Low-Fat Banana and Yoghurt Dessert

Ingredients:

  • Bananas   -   2 medium
  • Soya yoghurt   -   1 cup
  • Lemon juice   -   1 tsp.
  • Maple syrup   -   2 tsp.
  • Cashews   -   1/8 cup

Method:

In a blender combine the cashews with the lemon juice and maple syrup. Add the chopped bananas and the yoghurt and blend for a couple of minutes more till the mixture is smooth and aerated. Refrigerate for an hour or till set.
