Vegan Chocolate Cake Supreme

Ingredients:

  • All purpose flour   -   3 cups
  • Sugar   -   2 cups
  • Baking powder   -   2 teaspoon
  • Baking soda   -   1 teaspoon
  • Salt   -   1 teaspoon
  • Cocoa powder   -   2 tablespoons
  • Oil   -   3/4 cup
  • Vanilla   -   1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar   -   2 tablespoons
  • Cold water   -   2 cups

Method:

Mix the first 5 dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the wet ingredients. Slowly add the dry mix to the wet ingredients; mix thoroughly. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes in a two nine-inch cake pans in preheated oven. After cooling these for about 2 hours, decorate with frosting as you wish. Serves 6 to 8 people. Enjoy!!!
