hi..i am from sweden.this is mostly prepared by south side.specially for functions it is nice to serve. Ingredients:
Method:cook rice 1:1˝ratio(1-rice&1˝water)adding turmeric&little salt,1tbsp oil when the water is boiling.after done,remove from the stove&cool the rice on a wide bowl. after done add grated mango(controle the taste,there are different types of mangoes). &salt.seasoning with all above seasonig ingredients,includingcashew,groundnuts&fenugreekseds also,after frying them add (slit)chillies. turnoff the stove,add curryleaves&mix well. let the mango rice stay atleast for 2 to3 hours to get mango`s flavour to the rice.cover it tightly. |
