Ingredients:
- Fresh Spinach - 1/2 package
- Carrot - 1
- Chopped Beans - 1/2 cup
- Onion - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp.
- MTR Pullao Masala - 1 tsp.
- Oil - 1 tbsp.
- Uncooked rice - 1 cup
- Cashews and raisins for garnishing - 1 tbsp.
Method:
Chop Spinach finely. Steam the chopped spinach, carrots, and beans until done.Heat oil in a tava.Splutter cumin seeds and then add the finely chopped onion. Fry the onion til brown. Add the steamed veggies to the onion and add the MTR pullao Masala and salt also. Fry for 2 minutes. Turn stove to simmer and add cooked rice (for the 1 cup rice, add 1 3/4 cup of water). Mix the Pullao well. Garnish with roasted cashews & raisins. A very easy and Tasty Pullao is ready. A simple Raitha goes well with this Pullao.
