Ingredients:
- Onion finely chopped and finely ground - 2 tsp.
- Cardamoms - 4
- Cloves - 3
- Cinnamon - 1/2 stick
- Garlic, finely ground - 3 pieces
- Ginger, finely ground - 1 inch piece
- Green chillies - 4
Method:
In a thick vessel, heat little bit of oil. Add the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and green chillies. Fry nicely until it emanates aroma. Fry ginger, garlic paste along with it. Next add the ground onion. Fry it until it becomes brown. Now add the water in the soaked rice.add salt. When the water begins to boil add the vegetables and rice and cook it until the rice is done. The Pulao is now ready. Serve with Raitha. If needed, garnish with roasted cashews and Paneer pieces and raisins. Try it and forward your opinion. |
