Ingredients:
- vermicelli - 2 cups
- onion - 1 medium
- channa dal - 1 tablespoon
- urd dal - 1 tablespoon
- curry patta - 4-5 leaves
- turmeric - one teaspoon
- salt and red chilli powder - according to taste
- lemon juice - one lemon
- peanuts - 3 tablespoons
- cashew nuts - 4 tablespoons
- golden raisins - 2 tablespoons
- crushed coconut - 2 tablespoons
- mustard seed - one tablespoon
Method:
Boil the vermicelli for two minutes, and drain it. Add cooking oil, mustard seeds, urd dal seeds, chopped onions, and curry leaves. Cook for four minutes, then add turmeric, salt, pepper, and coconut. Cook for two minutes, and add the boiled and drained vermicelli. Add lemon juice and stir.
