Masala Crab Curry

Hi,I am Jharna from Chandkheda,Ahmedabad to share you a new recipe,hope you liked it.

Ingredients:

  • Big size crabs   -   6no.s
  • Onion paste   -   1/4thcup
  • Ginger-garlic paste   -   1/4thcup
  • Tomato puree   -   1/2cup
  • Curd   -   1/4thcup
  • Water   -   1cup
  • Whole garam masala   -   few
  • Whole jeera   -   2tsp
  • Bay leaf   -   4no.s
  • Garam masala pw   -   2tsp
  • Termaric pw   -   2tsp
  • Red chilli pw   -   2tsp
  • Salt   -   as per your taste
  • Fresh corriender chop   -   1/2cup
  • Oil   -   1/2cup

Method:

1.Clean the crab and use only its fleshy parts.Boil it for 2minutes.2.Heat a pan add oil.3.Now add whole jeera,bay leaf and whole garam masala.4.Add all other masalas and fry it for few minutes untill oil removes from pan.5.Now add crab and mix with all masalas.6.Add water and turned to boil.7.Coverred it for 10 minutes in a very slow flame.8.Garnish it with fresh corriender and serve hot with rice or chapaties.
