Tuna Italian Salad

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Pasta [spiral]   -   250 gm
  • Tinned Tuna Fish [shreded]   -   1 tin
  • Capsicum   -   one
  • Black olives   -   10 - 12
  • Sweet corn   -   1/2 cup
  • Borocolli   -   5 - 6
  • Violet cabbage   -   one cup
  • Boiled carrot   -   one cup
  • Mayonise   -   10 tblsp.
  • Chilli Sauce   -   4 tblsp.
  • Salt n\\\' pepper   -   To taste
  • Method:

    Shred the cabbage, capsicum. Dice the carrot. Mix the chilli Sauce and mayonise in a cup. In a big bowl toss in the pasta and vegetables.add the sauce and mayonise mix. Chill in the fridge. Garnish with olives.
