Green Beans Salad

I am Uma Easwar. I would like to share this recipe which can not only be had as salad, but also as side dish for rice or roti.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh green Beans   -   1/2 lb
  • Onion   -   1 (big)
  • Green chilies   -   5
  • Lemon juice   -   2 tb spoons
  • Coconut(grated)optional   -   4 tb spoons
  • Salt   -   According to your taste
  • Oil   -   1tb spoon

Method:

1. Clean & Cut the beans into small pieces. slit the green chilies, chop the onion. 2. Fry the beans with very little oil until tender. (or microwave the beans first & then fry ) 3.Take it off the stove & add onions, green chilies, salt, grated coconut& lemon juice. Bon-appetite
