I am Uma Easwar. I would like to share this recipe which can not only be had as salad, but also as side dish for rice or roti. Ingredients:
Method:1. Clean & Cut the beans into small pieces. slit the green chilies, chop the onion. 2. Fry the beans with very little oil until tender. (or microwave the beans first & then fry ) 3.Take it off the stove & add onions, green chilies, salt, grated coconut& lemon juice. Bon-appetite |
