Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
Cucumber; peeled - 2 lg
Garlic - 2 cl
Plain low-fat yogurt - 2 c
Garlic powder - 1 ts
Vingar - 4 tb
Salt - 1 ts
Fresh ground pepper - 1/2 ts
Fresh dill - 2 tb
Method:
Slice cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds. Dice the cucumber and add remaining ingredients. Mix throughtly and chill at least 1/2 hour before serving.
