Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber; peeled   -   2 lg
  • Garlic   -   2 cl
  • Plain low-fat yogurt   -   2 c
  • Garlic powder   -   1 ts
  • Vingar   -   4 tb
  • Salt   -   1 ts
  • Fresh ground pepper   -   1/2 ts
  • Fresh dill   -   2 tb
  • Method:

    Slice cucumber lengthwise and remove seeds. Dice the cucumber and add remaining ingredients. Mix throughtly and chill at least 1/2 hour before serving.
