Ingredients:
- Coriander - 6 tb sp.
- Fennel - 1 heaped tsp.
- Cloves - 1 heaped tsp.
- Turmeric - 1 heaped tsp.
- Cumin - 1 heaped tsp.
- Fenugreek - 1 heaped tsp.
- Black pepper - 1 heaped tsp.
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion (large) - 1
- Red pepper - According to your taste
Method:
On a stone, grind first, adding enough water to make a stiff paste. Add all other ingredients by degrees, grinding very finely. Omit onion, garlic and red pepper if it is to be kept overnight.
