Ingredients:
- Coriander - 340 gm. (11.5 oz)
- Red Chillies - 115 gm. (4 oz)
- Turmeric - 30 gm. (1 oz)
- Peppercorns - 30 gm. (1 oz)
- Cinnamon - 30 gm. (1 oz)
- Cloves - 30 gm. (1 oz)
- Fennel - 30 gm. (1 oz)
Method:
Roast coriander, red chillies, turmeric. Powder all ingredients. Sieve and use.
