the yummy egg peas masala is a dish so simple ,healthy and easy to prepare on a busy morning and goes with almost anything!!!
Ingredients:

eggs - 4red or yellow onions - 4coriander powder - 3tablespoonschilli powder - 2-3 teaspoonsgaram masala - 1.5 tablespoonspepper powder - 3/4 teaspoonvinegar - 1 tablespoontomatoes - 2green peas - 1/2 cupsalt - to tasteoil - 1/2 cup

Method:
1.Keep the eggs to boil and forget about them for 15 minutes.
2.Cut the onions lenghtwise into thin slices.Cut tomatoes to small quadrets.
3.Take a nonstick pan. add the i/2 cup oil.
4.Once the oil is hot add all the spices and stir fry for 20-30 seconds.
5.Add 3/4 cup water to this and keep the flame on high till the water is evaporated and the oil starts spitting out from the spices.
6.Now once you get a thick spicy paste add the onions and stir fry for about 1 minute.
7.Add 3-4 cups of water.Allow to boil
8.Add the green peas and cut tomatoes.
9.Allow to boil for some more time.
10.Add salt to taste and vinegar before setting stove off.
11.Serve hot with bread, pooris or chappattis.
