sooji pizza

It's a side dish containing very less calorie & too much of nutrition,like green vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • sooji   -   1 cup
  • vegetables for pizza topings   -   as required
  • spices like salt,black pepper   -   to taste
  • oil\ghee for to bake on non-stick pan   -   1-2 teaspoon
  • water   -   as required for a pastebo
  • Method:

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with spices according to your taste.Then add water as to make a thick paste.Now heat the pan & a little oil to it so that the pizza does not stick.now place the mixture been prepared on the pan as to the round shape.now cover it with a lid till it get's baked in it's steam.Open the lid if the pizza is semi solid enough to eat. have it with a drink like coke or pepsi & u r really goin to enjoy it!
