Ingredients:

potatoes-simalar in size - ½kgcoconut fresh - grated 1cupdry coriander powder - 1tsp-roastedchilli powder - 1tspgaram masala - 1tspfresh coriander - finely choppedsalt - 3tspgroundnuts - 2tsp(roasted and peeled)seasom seeds - 1tspturmeric - 1tspoil - 5tbspgreenchillies - 4 or according to tasteginger - 1inch to paste

Method:
cook potatoes partly, remove peel. make a mixture with dhania, groundnuts, haldi, salt, seasom, ginger, coconut
(grated)masala, chilli powder. slit each potato and stuff with this mixture. take one big wide pan and set all potatoes carefully and fry them on medium heat. stir them occassionally. let potatoes stay until you feel them softer. remove from the heat and arrange them on a wide plate decorate them with fresh chopped coriander( diagonally).
