A short n simple receipe to enjoy!!!

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour   -   11/2 cup
  • Onion   -   2 small
  • Green chillies   -   1 fresh
  • Corriander Powder   -   1tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder   -   1tsp
  • Haldi   -   1/2 tsp
  • Dal (any already cookedn left out)   -   2 cup
  • salt   -   According to taste
  • water   -   If required
  • Corriander leaves   -   2tbp
  • Mint leaves   -   1tbsp
  • Oil   -   for dough,n frying roti
  • Method:

    In the bowl mix all the ingredients above n make a smooth dough mix water if required. n make it soft with oil n keep aside for half an hour.Now make the small medium ball of the dough n make a round shape roti with roller pin. Now on gas on medium heat put the roti an apply oil on both the sides n talofy till the roti becomes golden brown. Now serve immediately with curd tomato sause or with a cup of tea!
