Vegetable Rolls

Method:

Mash paneer and boiled potatoes together, add all the vegetables, salt and pepper and little bread crumbs and mix well like dough. Make oblong rolls. Mix maida and water and make fluid paste. Dip rolls in the paste, roll'em on the bread crumbs and deep fry in oil. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
