The haunting rain forest is given life by the distinctive descriptions that reflect what the characters are feeling and seeing around them. If you’re looking for long, drawn out biographies of the characters, keep looking because the characters participate in the plot right from the opening page. This helps add to the intensity of the story which draws the reader into a different world. Unlike most other island adventure stories, this is a very original plot and the ending will leave the reader utterly surprised and totally satisfied. This book is excellent for a fast paced read while traveling or at home. Datoga Island is a definite recommendation!
