New Delhi, Feb 9 (PTI) The Delhi High court today issued notices to Board of Control for Cricket in India, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and International Cricket Council over a petition filed by Essel Sports, owner of rebel Indian Cricket League, for not giving recognition to its sporting events.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice A P Shah and Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw directed BCCI, ECB and ICC to file their replies.

The Court's direction came on a petition filed by Essel Sports challenging the order of a single-member bench which had last week restrained the Subhash Chandra-promoted group from taking any action against BCCI in the courts of the United Kingdom.

In its petition, Essel Sports submitted that Justice Rajiv Shakdher had erred while restraining it and requested to stay the order passed on February 4, 2010.
