Nagpur, Oct. 28 (NNN): Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly, already out of this match being played between India and Australia, is doubtful whether he will play the fourth Test match against the visitors in Mumbai.
The Indian team management is yet to confirm whether the skipper is fit enough to play In Mumbai. "It is common for hip joint pathology to produce symptoms of referred pain distally in the groin and thigh," said a press statement issued by the team.

"He is receiving medical treatment for this condition and progress will be monitored over the next few days," he added.

Ganguly was ruled out of the on-going third Test after complaining of a thigh strain and underwent the bone-scan on Wednesday evening.

The skipper had sustained the injury at Bangalore during the first Test but played the second Test in Chennai.
