Mumbai, Nov. 6 (NNN): Indian selectors surprisingly dropped Mumbai Test Hero Murali Karthik from the squad take on Pakistan in an one-day international during the Board of Control for Cricket India (BCCI) Platinum Jubilee celebration on November 13 at Kolkata.
According to the team announced here on Saturday, speedster Irfan Pathan will make a comeback from injury. Pathan was declared fit for the match after missing the last two Test matches against Australia due to a side strain.

However, skipper Sourav Ganguly, who also missed the last two Test of the recently concluded series against Australia due to a thigh strain, will undergo a fitness test on November 10.

Meanwhile, the selectors also announced the Board President's XI team in Mumbai on Saturday, which will play a three-day tour game against the visiting South African team starting on November 14.
