Mumbai, Nov. 23 (NNN): The Bombay High Court on Tuesday directed Gujarat and Maharashtra governments to give NGO activist Teesta Setalvad a three-day notice in case they wanted to arrest her, on allegations made by Zaheera Shaikh.
Justice Ajay Khanvilkar also disposed off anticipatory bail application of Teesta and her associate Rais Khan.

This came after Gujarat government informed the court that they had not filed any FIR against them so far.

The court noted that the question of anticipatory bail will arise only if FIR was filed and asked both the state governments to give 72 hours notice to the petitioners to enable them to move the court for the relief sought.
