| Reading of autobiography was an obsession, | | And my childhood passion- | | While I followed the steps of movie stars And famous folks’ fashion! They keep an elite trend and social circle To balance their fortune and fame- And dress up with matching shoes For their dating game! Plenty of money they earn, As well as burn at the same time- And there comes a down time, When they’re broke and count the dime! Jet setting lifestyles move them around Every nook and corner on Earth- And their kids grow up in lavishness To drench in the mirth! With dazzling shoes, their closets remain full, And seem to burst at the seam- And soles of theirs don’t touch the ground, Rather sleep on the shelves with a light dim! Price tags may hang around shoe laces, With a dissonant touch- While shelves of soles feel lonesome, And don’t speak very much! Time goes on with its own ripple To place these soles on garage sales- And shelves become light hearted Due to the losses, as we find them on tales!! |
