| While growing up with song and dance, | | To set up a new trend- | | Sounds of drums and drummers Became my childhood friend! Tuning in a radio or strumming on guitars Enticed my workaholic mind- And relieved all stresses in a hurry, Today I seem to find! But struggles of dreaded sleepless nights Raced against my restless heart- Until you donned on the horizon To mend buttons of my shirt! Winking at your deep blue eyes And the curly pony tails- My eyes danced like a peacock Till the wedding bells! You added fragrance to this life, And orchestrated my inner thought- Like a dancing snake, to create magic, And forget the battles I fought! Whiff of the problems disappeared In the calligraphy of early Spring- And we fell in love, like the dove, To switch rings without a string! Moonlit kisses glossed to smooth out Bumpy rides in my soul- And they glowed in your sweet lips, Like a diamond from the coal! Truly I am out of words today, To exhale my admiration for you- ’Cause you’ve soothed my nerves With grudging adoration for global view!!
