The Haunted Mansion

They watched a horror movie which was about a "haunted" mansion.They got very scared.Mary and John were very superstitious.Before buying that mansion they had inquired about everything-it's history and about the people living there before them. When they found out that nothing was wrong with it..they decided to purchase it through a dealer.They also made sure that the day they were moving in was not the 13th day of the month.

John and Mary reached their new home at night.They entered and went to their room which was upstairs.They then started talking about the movie.Suddenly they heard the footsteps of somebody..it was coming from downstairs.They got scared.They then heard the noise of doors opening..they also heard voices of 2-3 people.They were so scared that they could not even talk to each other.They just hid themselves in one corner of the room.Then they heard noise of something crashing on the floor.Mary fainted and John was sweating with fear.After some time Mary came to her senses.After a while the noise vanished in the air.But they hid in the corner and were wide awake all night.

Next morning Mary and John decided to leave the mansion.They talked to the dealer and sold the mansion back to him.They hired movers and packers to pack their things.They moved back to their old house.After 2 days when they were happily enjoying their cup of tea together,they read something in the newspaper which made them repent their decision.The newspaper said "3 thieves caught with stolen paintings from a big and old mansion"..The address was that of the mansion they had bought.That night John and Mary left their front door open when they entered the house and they had heard the noises of the thieves who came in to steal the old paintings of the mansion!
